Shipping policy

Welcome to Sol Vitrage. Every stained glass piece is meticulously handcrafted in our artisan workshop in Vietnam and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely to your home. Please review our processing and shipping timelines below.

1. Production & Processing Time Because each piece is carefully handcrafted to order, please allow 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the crafting and production process after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Operations & Delivery Estimates All orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Vietnam to your destination.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 8 to 10 business days.

  • Total Time: Factoring in both production and shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 11 to 15 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Secure Packaging Stained glass is inherently fragile. Every suncatcher, bookend, and plant stake is meticulously secured using multi-layered protective packaging. We ensure that the glass panels and rigid metal hardware are heavily cushioned to prevent any bending, scratching, or structural pressure during international transit.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Since your order is shipping internationally from Vietnam, it may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sol Vitrage is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer. (Note: For US customers, most small personal orders fall under the threshold and do not incur extra customs fees, but policies vary).

6. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to monitor its journey. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to become fully active in the carrier's system.

7. Damages and Issues During Transit We take the utmost care to ensure the structural integrity of our glass art during global shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at sol.vitrage@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear, well-lit photos of both the damaged item and the external packaging. We evaluate these situations case-by-case and will work with you swiftly to arrange a replacement or find a satisfactory resolution.
